Public Can Help Spot Animal Control Problems (R News)
After a man was attacked by pit bulls last week in Chili, the town is looking to see what it can do to keep residents safe. Town Supervisor David Dunning says there are some town ordinances that control loose and unlicensed dogs, but state law won't allow any particular breed from being banned.
